FROM HUMBLE BEGINNINGS TO BEING ONE OF THE BEST IN BUSINESS
On her trip to the Andamans in 2006, Prerana wondered how to bring back a beautiful beach to her home city — inspiring her to create a beach themed party detailed with shells, sounds and its sublime colours. Believing in ‘themes are all we live in’, she started planning birthdays that were detailed and thoughtful, unlike some other incomplete technicolour parties that were the trend. A few encouraging conversations later, and joined by her sister Anushree in 2008, Prerana set up Theme Weavers Designs which has now blossomed into the top 10 luxury destination wedding management companies in India. In the year 2010, they received their first wedding project at Rambagh Palace, Jaipur. Although the duo has worked on more than 250 projects together, the wedding reception for Maharaja Gaj Singh ji of Marwar Jodhpur’s son in 2013 set their roots in the industry. Prerana & Anushree pitched the idea of ‘Panchranga’ to the Maharaja - a simple yet meaningful idea that immediately connected with the heritage of Jodhpur - this also set the stage for how they wish to build future wedding stories through professional yet personal touch. An approach that they have stuck with to theme dream weddings!

Prerana and Anushree’s efforts have been acknowledged for bringing weddings back home to India, for giving equal opportunity to specially abled child artists, and for contributing food from events to old age homes. It's what they call, ‘WEAVING HOPE’!

WEAVING A CONCEPT INTO AN EVENT IS WHAT WE DO!
Prerana is the founder and CEO of Theme Weavers Designs, who followed her instinct to start the firm in 2008. Eventually, this translated into conceptualising countless events and TWD becoming one of the best wedding planners in India
She interestingly started her career with the banking sector where she held fort for 4 years till she had to give in to the voice of her inner creative calling. She makes sure that the company retains its ‘ingenious’ image and executes all events seamlessly.
Prerana believes that honest communication is the only key to a successful event.
Her aim is for TWD to be a global destination wedding planner and contribute to the betterment of the wedding community with its work.
ANNUSHREE AGARWAL
EACH SPECIAL OCCASION CAN BE WOVEN, FROM A DREAM INTO A THEME!
Co-founder, Anushree Agarwal, gives the wind to TWD’s sails with her love for exploring and delivering new experiences. Having worked with diverse corporations, she has a 360-degree approach in event design. Her expertise lies in palatial design , exchange of new ideas and food design for events. From publication houses, public relations, hospitality, to event companies, her work has taken her places including setting up TWD’s UK & Italy branch.
Annushree believes in giving anything and everything a try at least once.
SUKHMANI SODHI
Executive Assistant
If Monica Geller was a weaver, Sukhi would be her with a slight difference of getting things rolling without bossing around. A tranquil glutton who’s got a fetish for perfection! Like her pies & cakes, she doesn’t like efforts half baked, and leaves no stone unturned when it comes to seemless execution.
I put the ‘G’ in 5G when it comes to bridging communication chasms between clients and TWD.

Could sell a galaxy if she had to!
Gratitude in her heart and hustle on her mind, she’s got energy enough to launch a rocket.
Whilst sarcasm and metaphors are her normal dialects, ambition is her infinity stone and the idea is to always be kind!
Other days she’s introspecting, humming to Lucky Ali songs, or thinking of being a change.
YASHPRIYA SRIVASTAVA

"She loves making things look good"
She’s an event stylist with just an all-around fan of pretty things with a flair of exploring creativity in new destinations. On another note, if she wasn't doing event designing she would have been a K-pop music producer.
Her love for music is the inspiration to create more and more. Basically, she’s a walking talking idea machine with troubleshooting powers; the only avenger Marvel should audition.

Father of two and a man of few words with the art of managing an army. You would always find me putting all parts of the puzzle together! Have a mind to store more than Einstein and organizational skills are a blessing.
Other days I like shuffling to Bollywood songs and lifting heavy.
Have also started to cater last minute rescue services!
